Po Kwu Wan is located near High Island Reservoir in Sai Kung.  It is a small bay with a half moon shape concrete embankment used by fishermen in the past for fish farming. The access to this hidden paradise is very secluded as it is not a commonly known trail to hikers in Hong Kong.

You will come across the Sheung Yiu Folk Museum which was originally a Hakka village built in the late 19th century before reaching Po Kwu Wan. The village and its neighbouring lime kiln were gazetted as monuments in 1981. After it was restored, the village was opened as a...

A spectacular place with wonderful fish pond view with high accessibility from the Pak Tam Chung Road via the Pat Tam Chung Education Trail for only 2.5 km and 30 to 40 minute walk. High CP value and, with fine weather, you can have beautiful sunset pictures with the abandoned dam at foreground.   4. 專線小巴7号 - 西貢碼頭海下
  5. 專線小巴9号 - 西貢碼頭麥理浩夫人度假村(Lady MacLehose Holiday Village) 以上路線全在上窰(Sheung Yiu)巴士站下車,下車後可見發記士多(Fat Kee Store),士多(Store)旁的石橋為起步點,越過橋沿水泥小徑走,經過上窰民俗文物館(Sheung Yiu Folk Museum)一直走,你會看見往白普理營(Bradbury Camp)及黃宜洲村(Wong Yi Chau Village)的分岔路,不要進入這條分岔路,要往左邊走,之後經過荒廢了的起子灣村(Hei Tsz Wan Village)在村尾左方可見上坡泥路(不要去右方下坡梯級),沿泥路走370米(約7分鐘)於右手邊可見絲帶,跟絲帶所示進入入口走260米(約5分鐘)便可到達曝罟灣(Po Kwu Wan)。由發記士多(Fat Kee Store)往曝罟灣(Po Kwu Wan)全程2.1公里,需時約35分鐘。 附帶一提,由起子灣村(Hei Tsz Wan Village)到曝罟灣(Po Kwu...
