This is one of the established housing authority for the public residential use. Since the area is almost new developed so, quite far away from downtown. Even we have no big size city centre here HK but still 45 minutes by train from Kowloon tong at least. New developed district please don't expect the living standard is cheap or reasonable. Most of the fast food and dining services is pretty high and expenses only the environment and the new area still have nice...
