This was my second trip to the gum trees. This majestic place is a great escape. It is extremely busy in holiday days.
Transport is readily available ethier from a MTR. K66 from Long Ping Station, which will mean an extra 30mins of uphill. The easiest way is by Taxi about 60HKD.
The walk is steep in places but as you are following a road it is quite manageable.
It was a pleasant journey, however this time the trees not as colourful as last time I went. I think it may be better closer to Chinese New year

The site is at the Tai Lam Chung Reservoir Country Park. The red leaves attract a lot of visitors and good for photo taking .
