The Trans Manchuria changes into the Trans Siberian train, which runs for almost 7 days. Unfortunately, apart from the wheels of our train (different track width), the train dining car and the (chinese) staff also change. The latter is less painful. The Chinese service can simply be called rude. Their Chinese food was delicious and varied though. Until Moscow, we will have to make do with cabbage, cabbage, cabbage. The Rusdian service (the first few days still in neat black) courteously shows an extensive menu every day, but apologizes again and again because there are only two dishes in stock.
