ชุมชนไทลื้อกาหลั่นป๊า เป็นชุมชนไทลื้อที่รัฐบาลอนุรักษ์ไว้ โดยคงสภาพเดิมไว้มากที่สุด แม้จะมีการจัดการแต่มีเสน่ห์ในแบบไทลื้อ มีความเป็นธรรมชาติและดั้งเดิมจนคุณอาจหลงใหลวิถีชีวิตไทลื้อ ประกอบขึ้นด้วย 5 หมู่บ้าน คือ บ้านสวนม่อน 120 หลังคาเรือน บ้านแก๋ง 50 หลังคาเรือน บ้านหถิน 90 หลังคาเรือน บ้านจ๋า 50 หลังคาเรือน บ้านก๊าด 30 หลังคาเรือน ทุกหมู่บ้านมีวัดของตัวเอง ยกเว้นบ้านก๊าดไม่มีวัด ใช้วัดร่วมกับ วัดบ้านหถิน ที่ศูนย์กลางชุมชนมีการแสดงประเพณีสงกรานต์ และการฟ้อนรำ ที่แสดงเป็นรอบๆ ส่วนในบริเวณชุมชนคุณสามารถเดินชมวิถีชีวิต และพูดคุยภาษาไทลื้อ ซึ่งคล้ายภาษาไทย-ลาว...
