Xishuangbanna Tropical Flowers Garden （Southwest Gate） — Attraction in Jinghong City

First a word of warning, the area surrounding the deer enclosure is a muddy zone which is the perfect breeding ground for small biting flies - we didn't stay more than 2 minutes and got bit over 50 times, some people have severe reactions mostly on the legs leaving annoying spots and the itchiness can last for several weeks. I'd definitely avoid this zone.

The park itself is well maintained even though it lacks variety of plants, if you're gona have to take a detour to get to the park I'd suggest avoiding it altogether. You can visit the whole area in under 2 hours walking slowly and without using the bus. There're some zones that are still under constructions like the Thailandee Sakura Valley, which you won't find out is closed until you've walked over 15min...
