318國道經過米拉山時的山口，海拔5013米。這裡是林芝和拉薩的地理交界處，而由於米拉山海拔較高有隔絕效應，山口東西兩側景色完全不同，東側是綠植茂密的林芝，西側則乾旱蒼涼，反差極大。遊客來到米拉山口一般是走318國道拉薩林芝一段時路過，米拉山也是當地藏族人心中的神山。山口處有巨大的經幡柱，五彩經幡迎風飄揚，風馬隨風飛旋，本身景色也很不錯。

停車場附近有個廁所，兩塊錢人仔一位，而且不設找續，負責收錢的藏民凶神惡煞，如果可以的話還不要幫襯好了。可能因為之前睇得太多雪山，粗眉仔覺得米拉山的風景不算美，反而四周圍的經幡更有看頭，尤其是那條經幡湊成的彩色隧道，站在隧道中間自拍實在一流。雖然不是用自己的雙腳走，但粗眉仔總算征服了海拔五千米，而且冇死到，可喜可賀。
