The emerald lake get its water from the melting glacier Yulong mountain Was there during winter & a electric cart get you from the entrance at a small fee. There was a myth regarding washing of your hand on the lake. Anyway, our guide told us the lake structure is man made😁

Beautiful but crowded. Don't take the electric car scam, walk instead. They will tell you it's forbidden to walk on the road, you have to take a bus and miss half of the views, it's too long... Don't listen, it's 100 meters away. Walk and enjoy the non-crowded side of the lake since everyone takes the...
