‘The real face of Lushan’ is a phrase familiar to every Chinese but to see what it really means with my own eyes is a totally different matter. The vista and the experience offered definitely lives up to its name.

This place is not so famous. Due to that reason, it can preserve the natural purity. Good place to have a rest. Very calm.

Lushan Mountain: A Serene Oasis of Natural Beauty and Spiritual Serenity

Lushan Mountain is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of China, and it offers a truly enchanting experience for nature lovers, hikers, and spiritual seekers alike. As I embarked on my journey to Lushan Mountain, I was filled with a sense of anticipation, eager to explore the natural wonders and cultural treasures that awaited me.

The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the breathtaking view of the mountains. Lushan Mountain is renowned for its lush greenery, jagged peaks, and serene landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see. Whether you're an experienced hiker or just seeking a leisurely stroll, there are trails to suit all levels of fitness. The well-maintained paths wind through ancient forests, over babbling streams, and provide access to awe-inspiring viewpoints that allow you to take in the grandeur of the surrounding peaks. The vivid colors of the changing leaves in the fall, and the vibrant greenery in the spring and summer, make this mountain a year-round delight for nature enthusiasts.

One of the highlights of my trip was the Buddha Temple perched at the summit of the mountain. This temple is not only a significant place of worship but also offers a serene sanctuary that allows visitors to reflect, meditate, and enjoy a moment of tranquility amidst the mountain's grandeur. The temple's architecture is a testament to the skill and artistry of the builders, with intricate carvings and stunning views from its elevated position.

For those seeking even more adventure, the Lushan Mountain experience is heightened by the presence of a majestic waterfall. The cascading waters create a symphony of nature that echoes through the valleys, and the sight of the falls is awe-inspiring. The refreshing mist that permeates the air is a welcome respite after a long hike, and it serves as a reminder of the raw power of nature.

Additionally, the presence of a ropeway adds an element of convenience to the adventure. It allows visitors to soar above the rugged terrain and marvel at the stunning vistas below. The ropeway not only provides a unique perspective on the mountain but also allows those who may have difficulty hiking to experience the beauty of Lushan.

My experience at Lushan Mountain left me in awe of the natural beauty and the cultural significance of this remarkable destination. From the towering peaks to the tranquil temple, and the refreshing waterfall to the convenience of the ropeway, Lushan Mountain offers an enchanting blend of the best that nature and culture have to offer.

If you're in search of a place where you can connect with both the serenity of the mountains and the spirituality of ancient temples, while also enjoying the convenience of modern amenities like a ropeway, Lushan Mountain is a must-visit destination. It's a place where you can find both physical and spiritual elevation in the most...

Mount Lu or Lushan (simplified Chinese: 庐山; traditional Chinese: 廬山; pinyin: Lúshān, Gan: Lu-san), also known as Kuanglu (匡庐) in ancient times, is situated in the northern part of Jiangxi province in Central China, and is one of the most renowned mountains in the country. It is located primarily in Lushan county-level city in Jiujiang Prefecture, although the northern portions are found in Lianxi District which was formerly known as Lushan District and until 2016 covered the majority of the Mount Lu. The oval-shaped mountains are about 25 km long and 10 km wide, and neighbors Jiujiang city and the Yangtze River to the north, Nanchang city to the south, and Poyang Lake to the east. Its highest point is Dahanyang Peak (大汉阳峰), reaching 1,474 m above sea level, and is one of the hundreds of steep peaks that towers above a sea of clouds that encompass the mountains for almost 200 days out of the year. Mount Lu is known for its grandeur, steepness, and beauty, and is part of Lushan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996, and a prominent tourist attraction, especially during the summer months when the...

Peaceful . This is the one word that encompassed all that I enjoyed on this beautiful mountain . From the friendly little town of Ku ling to the trails and wondrous waterfall where you can refresh yourself it was a most interesting place that I enjoyed 15 years ago at the age of 70 . So even for senior citizens it is an easy excursion especially now with the convenience of more modern road and rail...
