资国寺 — Attraction in Ningde City

I recently visited 资国寺, and it was a truly enriching experience. This ancient temple, with a history dating back to the Tang dynasty, holds a special place in the heart of Fuding.

The temple is nestled between two impressive gates and features serene elements like a release pond, bonsai garden, and the beautiful Dripping Water Guanyin. Surrounding the pond are 88 stupas, creating a picturesque scene where heaven meets water.

What caught my eye was the ongoing construction of the Mahavira Hall (大雄宝殿), which promises to be a magnificent addition to the temple complex. On the west side, there's a comprehensive hall for Buddhist teachings (弘法大楼), and on the east side, you'll find the Jialan Hall (伽蓝殿) and the Maitreya Village (弥陀村).
