This Chimelong Forest Kingdom park with Chimelong Forest Drive is an unforgettable experience. Visitors can see massive array of exotic animals in wide open natural spaces and are able to interact with some of them. Animals apparently are feeling quite well, as many species give births. I was able to see scores of baby rhinos, baby elephants, baby giraffes, and even baby tigers. Visitors can also take a retro-train ride around the diverse animal habitats and see them up close.

There are a lot of comparisons between this new park and the original in Guangzhou. The park is definitely smaller but still very expansive with a lengthy list of attractions, activities, sights, and restaurants. There is no drive thru safari but instead replaced with a train ride which is just as good, if not better, for the animals too. This is a great park and an easy way to spend a day with the family.

We had a great time as there was not much of a crowd. Quite entertaining and was worth the car drive from the downtown area. It is not for the faint of heart… it was quite an effort to get to the top.

There are a lot of comparisons between this new park and the original in Guangzhou. The park is definitely smaller but still very expansive with a lengthy list of attractions, activities, sights, and restaurants.
