Great were the staff - all seem well trained, polite, helpful and actually enjoying their jobs. This is unusual and almost reason enough to go there. Rooms first rate. Breakfast buffet also excellent - well managed, reasonable price and good mix of food. Location is so-so, a new area with such low quality building the pavement etc already breaking up, several cheap eateries nearby. Rooms have a nice river view and there are areas to walk. Less good? check-in took over 30mins (all info was already collected) - no apology, seat or drink offered, i am over 60. Smoking in the lobby - allowed. Covid signs all ignored. Room service menu straight from a 2star hotel - under "local foods" - i kid you not - only steamed...
