Went to this hotel with my family for a few days. Location is great next to huge shopping mall etc . When we arrived you could clearly see the Unity Membership advertising, but ABSOLUTELY NO ONE had a clue about it. Dust are everywhere in the room and bathroom. There are stains on the bedsheets. Only one socket has electricity supply in the whole room and bathroom, we had to call someone to fix this. The power is out all of a sudden in the middle of night , we needed to ask for help again. This is unbelievable!
