Came here on a weekday afternoon , saw 2 performances. One at 2pm is the circus, 2nd one at 3pm at the horse track. The 2nd one is a lot better, a bunch of birds fly are trained to fly over you. Definitely don’t miss it. Overall, very well kept zoo. Upsell- Fees to feed animals. Definitely something to visit as a foreigner in Shenzhen. 200yuan if you can use the kiosk to purchase your ticket with Alipay or WeChat pay

I would say that this is one of the best places to visit in Shenzhen. The safari park is so much big that I spend an entire day here but still much was not able to cover the entire park. It's a good relaxing place where you can bring your kids & enjoy various shows & watch Panda 🐼 closely.

You pay 200 yuan to enter which is a reasonable price for a zoo, but then you expect that you will be able to do at least basic things for free like the train, the safari and basically everything. It’s a shame how this park is really squeezing every yuan out of everyone’s pocket. On top of that many animal cages are way too small and are not properly suited for the animals they have. On top of that it’s also the task of the zoo and the zookeepers to feed the animals the appropriate food and the appropriate amount of food. But in this zoo people are just throwing garbage food at the animal 24/7, which makes the animals sick.

It is the saddest zoo! Some enclosures are so small and I did not watch the dolphin/seal show and there are other shows with Bears and Tigers. It’s just so wrong on so many levels. The only good thing is the wide variety of animals. It’s very close to the metro if you have difficulties calling a cab at closing time.

A 30-year-old zoo that’s obviously outdated in terms of the setup and their management. The animals may need more caring, attention and improvement on their lifestyle & wellbeing there. A good place to bring families and kids, and animal lovers.

香港旅行の一環で深センに足を伸ばし、トラのエサやりができるというこの動物園に寄ってみました。香港中心地から地下鉄を乗り継ぎ最後に深センの地下鉄7号線の大学城で降り、公共バスを利用しました。イミグレで少々手間取り、約3時間かかりました。 新興都市 深センなので、英語がある程度通じるかと期待しましたが、通じたところは香港国境沿いのレストランで辛うじて。だけでしたので、不安な方は、香港からのオプションツアーをお勧めします。 動物園の料金システムがよく分からなかったのですが、どうも、50元払えば、入場と移動バスは使えるようです。240元は場内遊園地の乗り物券が6回分ついているようでした。乗り物に乗らない人は50元で良さそうです(私は240を買ってしまいました) 入場して右手の緩やかなスロープを降りると、巡回バス乗り場があります。途中見どころでは止まってくれますし、頼んだところで乗り降り可能です。私は、猛獣エリアの近くで降り、一目散にエサやりできるサファリの入口に向かいましたが、 サファリは11:00-16:30しかやっていないとのことで、時間潰しでパンダエリアや鳥類エリアをぶらぶらしました。 パンダはその時一頭しかいませんでしたが、中国では希少性が低いのか客はまばらでした。 サファリでのエサやりは中々の圧巻でした。熊、ライオン、トラが目の前で大口開けてエサを食べるのが見れます。多分、日本では経験できないでしょう。 という意味ではおススメできます。
