Weifang - the kite capital. Lovely museum albeit a bit cold in winter when we visited. Polite staff. The displays are very intricate, accompanied by detailed Chinese and English placards. There are several galleries which include the history of the kite, types of kites through to international kites and the bonds between countries due to a passion for kite flying.
