We spent 6 nights at the hotel. We were traveling for work. T he hotel staff is supers friendly. The cooks, the servers, hosts, concierge, everyone. They tried really hard to make themselves understood but they can’t comunícate in English very well, except Jerreson or Jefferson. Justin at the concierge was extremely nice and super helpful when we needed assistance. We had a lot of trouble trying to understand why we were being charged extra (until we read the small words in the reservation we finally got what she was trying to explain). We also requested a Taxi at the hotel concierge, the night prior checking out,to go the train station and then the driver was taking us to airport. So, he called the hotel again and we explained the same thing... Till now, we don’t know why was there a confusion. But again it was because of the language barrier. ||The hotel is super clean. Even inside the closets (sometimes there is dust or smell bad). The cleaning staff was also super friendly and made sure that our room looked great everyday and with the things we needed. ||the hair dyer in the room is really good ! ||The soap used for towels smells good||The breakfast is ok. They have fruits, eggs, lots of pastries, natural juices, etc. They also have Chinese options. Read moreI stay here on average twice each year and 12 months ago I stayed in room 2402 and reported a problem in that the window did not close properly and traffic noise could be heard inside the room. The hotel changed my room, which was OK, although it wasn't another room on the club floor. I have stayed two more times since then (last time without incident, other than teh usual poor service in the restaurant) but on my most recent stay I was again put in room 2402 and was extremely disappointed to discover that the window had still not bed repaired and when I reported the problem I was again moved onto another floor. Additionally, the service in the restaurant was even worse than usual (which is generally lower than average 4 * in China). Sheraton and associated group hotels are always at the top of my list and make business trips more comfortable and enjoyable, but the Sheraton Wenzhou fails to meet the standards of other hotels in the same group in the same country and is always the worst stopover (of several) on my several weeks in China each year. Read moreI had booked two rooms for 4 nights and the reservation included breakfast. The first morning i was approached by a manager asking me about the breakfast and that it wasn't included. After telling her that it was and to check with the front desk it turned out she found out that I was correct. Rather then coming to me to let me know everything was ok she let it go until I approached her to confirm. I thought it would be just courtesy to let me know she checked and it was all good. It happened the next morning as well so basically no one had updated the information in the system. Although it was very nice to receive an apology letter and bottle of wine after the second time I really shouldn't have to have been challenged either time. This will not deter me from staying there again however I would hope that people would check...
