寄畅园 — Attraction in Wuxi City

Located within the Huishan Old Town Area, The Park has a separate entrance fee besides the main entrane of the Old Town. Gaarden is mid sized but very well maintained and its better to get a guided tour to explain things because it makes a whole lot difference as to why certain buildings and trees are positioned at particular areas. 寄暢園位於無錫惠山東麓、錫惠公園之內，是無錫的古典花園。寄暢園引惠山泉水成為園中水景，巧妙地利用藉景手法，在園內可以見到遠處錫山上的龍光塔倒影在池塘的景象，佈置相當別緻。寄暢園曾是明朝歸鄉官員的私人園林，與南京瞻園、蘇州拙政園和留園並稱為「江南四大名園」。園內以假山池塘為中心，有鬱盤亭廊、知魚門檻、七星橋、涵碧亭及清禦廊等建築環繞池水。也引「二泉」（惠山泉）水注入溝瀾，因潺潺有聲，被稱為「八音澗」。園內另有園中園「秉禮堂」、園主曾經的書齋「含貞齋」等建築。寄暢園深受清朝康熙、乾隆二帝的喜愛，他們南巡數次必體驗此園，如今還能看到康熙「山色溪光」、乾隆「玉戛金楓」禦書石匾額各一方。就連北京頤和園內的諧趣園，以及圓明園內的廓然大公（已毀於戰火），也是仿寄暢園而建。此外，園內大樹參天，也是消夏小憩的好去處，而秋季來更...
