Big Wild Goose Pagoda （South Gate） — Attraction in Xi'an

It was my first time in Xi'an and my partner and I came during National Day. We wanted to go see the Terra Cotta Army, but it was fully booked because of the holiday. Instead, we came to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. We had so much fun dressing up, walking around with others who were in their cultural outfits. We had such a great time and at night, enjoyed the lights surrounding the walls. I feel it's a great time to visit in the evening. Have a blast...

I had an amazing experience here, the Pagoda is so very well preserved that you can't see that much of a difference as it was 2000 years ago, lol 😂

We had a great time and we have learned so much from this experience and we really believe Chinese culture and their architecture has always been top level.

Esta es la puerta sur del gran parque que tiene la Pagoda del Ganso Salvaje. A partir de aca es que comienza una zona de comercios y calle peatonales muy hermosa. Recomiendo ir tanto de dia como de noche. Sin dudas es un lugar para explorar. Caminando por esa calle al sur, es posible observar cantidad de artistas callejeros y espectaculos espontaneos. La iluminacion es fantastica y la seguridad muy buena. Buenos restaurantes y por las calles paralelas hay tambien algunas cervecerias con productos artesanales locales (probe una cerveza increible). Cerca de esa puera y mas sobre el lado norte (hacia la pagoda) hay una serie de tiendas de artesanias con los mejores precios sin lugar a dudas, ya que los guerreros de Terracota que los cobran a 100 yuanes en el museo, ahi cuestan 20 o 25 si se...
