徐州是最具代表意義的博物館之一。展覽陳列徐州當地歷史文物，當中多為漢代，但也有少量內容涉及明清。 該館為免費參觀，然而需在博物館之微信公眾號針對參觀時段進行預約。向博物館方進行過確認，台灣遊客憑台胞證可不預約，然而到了現場，得先至櫃檯辦理登記手續。為避免麻煩，仍建議提前從系統預約。 博物館共三層樓。一樓正中央的「古彭千秋」常設展，以徐州當地歷史發展為主軸，年代橫跨史前至明清，有部分宋明清瓷器、碑文展示。其餘展覽，包含二樓的「大漢氣象」、「漢家煙火」與「天工漢玉」、三樓「秀俑年華」、「金戈鐵馬」等展廳，年代多在兩漢，少部分涉及先秦與魏晉。以文物區分，包含陶俑、玉珮、銅鏡、兵器等，其中「天工漢玉」展廳除玉器、玉珮外，也呈列墓葬中金、銀、銅縷玉衣各一件，分別出自獅子山楚王漢墓、火山漢墓、以及拉梨山東漢墓。屬於較具有代表性的文物。 除以上以漢代為主的展設，該館於一樓右側展廳設有「鄧永清收藏書畫展」，陳列南京航天大學首任校長鄧永清捐贈之二百餘幅明清書畫。 館內藏品豐富，兼之展廳較多，即便走馬觀花，也需耗費半天時間。對於漢代文化感興趣者，或可排出...
