Visiting Tianzi Mountain in Zhangjiajie was an absolutely breathtaking experience, though the weather added a unique twist to the adventure! The landscape is nothing short of stunning—towering sandstone pillars piercing through lush greenery, creating a surreal, otherworldly scene that feels like stepping into a completely different realm. The photos I’ve shared capture the dramatic cliffs and dense forest, but what struck me most was the thick fog that blanketed the area during my visit. From the mountain, you couldn’t see the valley below, and from the base, the peaks disappeared into the mist. While this might disappoint some hoping for clear views, I found it magical—it truly gave the impression of being in a hidden, mystical world straight out of a fantasy film. One tip for fellow travelers: the cable car to Tianzi Mountain is a fantastic choice for going up. It’s faster and less crowded than the famous Bailong Elevator, which I used for the descent. The cable car ride itself is an experience, offering panoramic views (when the fog isn’t too thick!) of the jagged peaks and deep valleys. I’d recommend taking the cable car up to fully soak in the scenery, then using the Bailong Elevator to come down for a different perspective. Despite the fog, the sheer scale and beauty of Tianzi Mountain left me in awe. It’s a must-visit for nature lovers, though I’d suggest checking the weather forecast if you’re set on clear views! Overall, a memorable trip to a truly unique destination.

Great place for enjoying halal food. Small shop but enough to make muslims appreciate food in non-muslim world.

Rassegnatevi Non esiste...
