A cool Christ where you can go and see some great views of the department of Caldas, Risaralda, Valle and de Cocho also at the same time.

If you are religious it will inspire you in a lot of ways and in the bottom it has a little church to pray and purify yourself.

It is really cool to go up the Christ from the inside and see a little museum of the history of how was built the Christ and another one showing some of the most tallest Christ's of the world, being the Cristo Rey the highest one of all the world.

It is a bit complicated the last stairs to go to the top inside the head but it is a good ride. Give it a chance.

Down the Christ you have also awesome views of Belalcazar the town and the great views around the mountains where you are.

You have also some little stores to buy coffee, icecream and...

Fun activity to do with the whole family. For the active members of the family you can pay $ 2000 cop and climb all the way to the top of the monument from the inside. For the little ones there are slides and swings and a giant trampoline (you have to pay to use the trampoline). Every member of the family will enjoy the amazing view of the mountains. If you forgot snacks or a water bottle don't worry too much, there's a café at the top with a variety of food and beverages. You can get to the top by foot or grab a tuctuc and they'll happily shuttle you to the top...

The view is amazing! The monument is ok, they will charge $5.000 COP for going up but it’s not like you can get to the top of the head or anything like that (for me it wasn’t worth it). There are a couple coffee shops so you can also eat/drink something and contemplate the view, and a few attractions for kids.

There’s not much to do than walking to the top and walking around but the view is worth it. The town has no other...

We made it right as sunset. We were the last to come down from the inner stairs. They are quite small but still felt safe until it got dark. Such a cool experience. This Cristo monument is higher than the one in Brazil they are the same size 30 m tall. This one just so happens to be at a higher elevation.
