Jardín Botánico Eloy Valenzuela — Attraction in Floridablanca

The botanical garden is quite small but packs a lot into it. We went on a weekday and we're literally the only people there. We saw a variety of birds including Kingfishers, Humming Birds, Woodpeckers and Vultures, There are turtles and squirrels everywhere and there was a large lake with fish, ducks and terrapins. As we were leaving after an already satisfying visit, one of the lovely staff members gestured to us to follow her. She pointed out some sloths which we would otherwise have missed. It is a beautiful place to rest and share with family, friends and even for educational trips. The vegetative and even animal variety (butterflies, turtles, fish) is wonderful.
