Salto De Versalles, Guaduas — Attraction in Guaduas

Beautiful, very relaxing cascade. Quite an adventure to reach here by car on dirt roads. From there it's a short hike to the waterfall. Around it are various rocks to sit down, also in the shade, and enjoy the round of the water. Unfortunately not possible to swim in the pool because of chicken factory up stream that apparently dumps their garbage...

It's a beautiful waterfall to visit. We stayed the weekend in a house right in front of this waterfall, so we could see it from the backyard. It was a short hike for us to walk down and see it close up. Para ir al Salto Versalles, toman la vía hacia Medellín, pasan el puente el chocho y más adelante encontrarán un aviso que dice quebrada 3 pasos y retorno a 500mts, hacen el retorno y toman la primera entrada a mano derecha como quien regresa hacia Bogotá. En ese punto descienden 300 mts y encontrarán un aviso pintado en una pared que dice Bienvenidos Salto Versalles, siguen en el carro por 600 mts y van a encontrar un letrero que dice fin de la vía y junto a él un letrero q dice Bienvenidos Santo Versalles. Por ese camino desciendes 400 MTS caminando y a lo lejos divisaron la cascada. El camino es en material vegetal algunas partes es angosto y en otros hay escaleras para bajar. El ingreso es gratis.
