Our amazing guide and driver recommended this place but his normal contact doesn't work there anymore. We arrived early for our 5pm ride, 430pm or so. The employees said we need to wait until 5pm which was fine. They gave us the paperwork as we waited. Took about 5 mins and we received our safety gear items. Then they let us go early and we were on the ATVs quickly by 445pm. We did the residential roads and arrived back by 523pm. We thought it was short and basically road around at idle speeds. So we asked about the short time we had and not the the full hour as we planned on paying for another 1hr to do a better trail that we noticed other clients coming back did. The employee lied and said it was only 10 minutes short. It should not be any minutes less than what you paid for and it was more than 10 minutes short. Between the paperwork, safety gear, and getting on the bikes and returning. It was 43 minutes total. Our guide will not recommend his clients to them again because of the poor treatment. Which is crazy because customer service is everything in a business, but they didn't seem to care. So we ended up not paying for more time because we don't support bad customer service or employees taking advantage of visitors. We paid the fee for the 1hr that we originally paid for and didn't receive and left unhappy with the experience and treatment. So based on the individuals working that night at least (Aug 28.) Juan was the Supervisor we worked with. I can't recommend this business. I hope the owner will talk to his employees and get this corrected before it affects others, they have a good history prior. Maybe it was a rare experience, but it was a bad experience we...
Read moreI’m not sure if they are giving out freebies or something for five star reviews but this place is absolute trash should’ve known we were going to make a huge mistake after the very cheap pricing compared to other companies in the area. Where do I even start… these ATVs are definitely not meant for two people, the ATVs are extremely old three of our ATVs broke down mid trip. One of them had a failure, which caused all three of our ATVs to crash into each other, and my father-in-law‘s hand is broken into different places due to this. The guide told us we should have not put our hands on the railings behind us, but we are not ATV experts that should’ve been something that they warn you from the very beginning. After refusing to give us a refund, we didn’t even get an apology or anything. Some of the ATVs have the exposed engine on the bottom and I have a really severe burn on my leg due to it. They do not take responsibility for anything. I should’ve looked at the reviews, but if you look for the lowest review, they also mention that the ATVs are all basically broken down and that they don’t take responsibility. They have a terrible attitude. Extremely unprofessional they’re lucky that they’re not in the United States. They would have been sued...
Read moreIf you're looking for an adventure in Colombia, Cuatri Tour ATVs is a must-try. I recently went on a tour with them and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
The ATVs themselves were solid and well-maintained, which made for a smooth and enjoyable ride. The tour guide was also fantastic, speaking just enough English to communicate effectively and provide interesting insights about the area we were exploring.
One thing that stood out to me was how great the tour guide was at taking Instagram-ready pictures. He knew all the best spots to stop and snap a photo, which made for some truly amazing memories.
The views of the rolling hills were simply majestic. We were able to explore areas that we never would have discovered on our own, and the scenery was breathtaking. It was a unique way to experience Colombia's natural beauty and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Overall, I would highly recommend Cuatri Tour ATVs to anyone looking for an adventure in Colombia. The solid ATVs, knowledgeable guide, and stunning views make for an unforgettable experience. It's the perfect way to get off the beaten path and explore some of the hidden gems...
