Es un lugar único, su exuberante belleza lo hace especial, aqui encontramos una de las entradas al parque nacional de los nevados, este lugar cuenta con variedad de restaurantes. Es ideal para montar bicicleta, caminar por sus bosques, o ir en familia. Los mejores horarios para visualizar el nevado del Tolima son en mañana antes de las 8 am o después de las 5 pm, para tener en cuenta solo hay acceso vehicular unos 2 kilómetros antes de la entrada al parque debido a un alud que daño la mitad de la calzada y ocasiono el cierre de la vía, solo es posible el paso peatonal o en bicicleta.
