Acuaparque Ditaires — Attraction in Itagüí

I had a nice experience visiting Acuaparque Ditaires in Medellín, but there are a few things to know before you go. Make sure you bring the correct swimwear and a swim cap, because if you don’t, you can be denied access to the pool. If you forget, there are vendors outside the facility where you can buy what you need, but it’s easier to come prepared.

There aren’t really places to sit inside, so you’ll need to store all your belongings. When you enter, you have to buy a red bag (it cost about 1,400 COP), put everything inside, and then leave it with the concierge for safekeeping.

Outside the park, you’ll find some nice snack options to buy, which was a plus.

Fun pool though some areas were closed - my 9-year-old enjoyed spending a couple of hours in the wave pool and a waterslide (they alternated between operating two of the three slides, one of which was too fast/steep for her).

No jewelry can be worn while swimming: I was asked to remove stud earrings, a simple necklace, and my engagement ring and wedding band. There is seemingly safe storage for clothing (personal items are bagged by an employee and stored near the changing room, to be retrieved with a numbered bracelet) but it is noted that the park is not responsible for valuables. Recomiendo ir súper temprano, los fines de semana o quincena. Es más, antes de que abran. Si abren a las 9, lleguen a las 8:30 AM o quizás antes. Se forma mucha fila. Adicional se aprovecha mejor las atracciones sin tanta fila o gente. La entrada, recomiendo la de $14.000 pues el baño turco con ese calor, y pagar $4000 pesos más, no lo veo rentable. Con el ticket 🎟️ de $14.000 incluye el uso de todas las piscinas, la de ola y toboganes, así como la opción de guarda ropa también.

Por $1.000 adicional compras una bolsa amarilla y puedes meter tus cosas personales de manera segura en el ropero, la adquieres en la entrada 🎟️ de tickets.

Los vestidores son amplios, y sus baños muy limpios, las duchas se encuentran afuera par accceso a todos.

USO OBLIGATORIO: Gorro de baño, que sea la tela de licra El traje de baño, sea short corto , largo, pantaloneta, debe ser si o si , Lycra o 80% nylon. NO SE PERMITE ALGODÓN, NI USAR ROPA INTERIOR DEBAJO DEL TRAJE . NO SE PUEDE INGRESAR CON NADA EN LAS PISCINAS, QUIERE DECIR. CHOLAS, TOALLAS Y LO QUE LLEVE DEBE PONERLAS EN LOS BORDES DE LA REJA QUE SEPARA LA PISCINA POR EL LADO DE AFUERA.

una cosa que si me incómodo, es que en casa sitio donde vayas entrar , cuántas veces sea ..te van a repetir lo mismo del interior, y te van hacer que lo muestre. Por lo que digo que debe ser OBLIGATORIO que una sola persona en este caso la que atiende el guarda ropa, sea la autoridad definitiva para estar segura de eso,o junto a la de guarda ropa poner a alguien para ello. Es muy fastidioso el tema para cada ingreso que tengas que mostrar o decir que es traje de baños lo de abajo de short.
