Did the 140 meter bungee. The staff were helpful with my nerves. When I asked for help after I was too chicken to jump the 1st try, the 1 guy told me to hold the harness instead of the railings. And that's when I knew there was no way I wasn't going down then! On the second try, the guy behind kicked me a little which gave my body just the jolt it needed to dive headfirst.

I don't have any photos in an X like others I've seen cuz I went headfirst like right away somehow. I've met 2 people who got hurt bungee-ing and both got hurt cuz they weren't head first. For me, I didn't really focus too hard on that, it just happened and as I was falling I thought "bless, I'm headfirst, I don't have to worry about that anymore" 😂 So my photos are just of the tops of my shoes.

You can feel a kind of tug on your ankles once you're hooked up to the bungee, which made me feel very secure that I wasn't going to disconnect from the bungee. It also felt like if you stood there long enough, it'd eventually drag you down when you're not prepared which could be very unsafe. So that feeling was also motivation to jump.

Getting the nerve to jump was not as scary as I expected (the push from the guy was a big help, I'm sure). I think the scariest part was when I was being brought up and was so close to the platform but had to wait for them to pull the bungee up before they could bring me all the way in.

The feeling was nothing like I had ever experienced before, so I recommend everyone who can to try bungee jumping at least once. I personally did not enjoy the feelings going through me as I was bouncing, spinning, and dangling. It felt like I was down there for 5 minutes, but the videos prove it wasn't even 2 whole minutes! But I have no clue how to describe how it felt, so I can't say it wouldn't be a good feeling for other people!

I'm glad I did it and I felt very safe and hyped up with the people at Bungee Extremo. But I know it's not a feeling I want to experience more than once! Now when I watch the videos, I lose it when I hear my...

Not safe, the carabiners don't lock properly, the staff don't do a double check before you go down, there is a back up incase you fall well getting ready on one side but not a back up for the otherside. I did the zipline and asked for a new pulley system but they insisted it was safe. So i went and got my own, i had to take carabiners from other sets to be able to make one safe set as there was not one set that had all good equipment. Because their equipment was so worn I wouldn't be surprised if they over use their...

Loved being there! It’s a must if you’re staying in San Gil or Barichara. Here you can enjoy typical food, beverages, get some drinks and the best part is that it has attractions like bungee, a cable to the other side of the cliffs and a huge swing! Prices are affordable and taxis always come and go, if you want to return using the bus be aware that they have a specific time...
