Dino Park Blue River Resort Costa Rica — Attraction in Aguas Claras

The actual Dino Park is nice. Tour guide spent 99% of walk trying to get us to hire him directly instead of going through hotel for waterfall tour, so that was super annoying. He did nothing to engage the kids in the experience.

The hotel, Blue River, advertises a bunch of resort amenities but the attractions are dated, dirty, and in disrepair. We observed filthy koi ponds, fallen pergolas, empty hummingbird feeders (all of them), and no sign of the caiman.

The rooms also do not have wifi.

And they charge top dollar for food. Saving grace was we found Cafe Comida Criolla with Dona Rosa nearby which has excellent and affordable food.

The actual rooms and walkways in front of rooms are nice, breakfast was ok, and butterfly enclosure was best part. We found no frogs, iguanas, or peacock which are all cited as attractions on...

Es un lugar muy hermoso hay varias actividades donde uno puede divertirse mucho el tour de los dinosaurios es muy bonito cuenta con 29 especímenes.

El lugar muy bonito muy limpio las cabinas muy hermosas.

La clase de comida cómo era tipo buffet muy normal sabrosa pero también hay otro restaurante que tiene a la carta.

Las fuentes de agua termal son muy ricas muy placenteras igual que la fuente fría.

Sin embargo si hay cosas que se pueden recomendar:

1.- tratar de buscar apoyo municipal para mejorar un poco la vía de acceso al lugar. Ya que hay 5 km. Qué vehículos que no sean doble tracción les haga difícil la llegada.

2.- también recomiendo que sigan implementando ofertas cómo son los pases de un día. Y que además de utilizar dólares también lo oferta en en colones, así atraen a más turistas locales qué es lo que hoy por hoy está manteniendo el lugar.

Felicito al Lugar por los premios que hace honra a su prestigio en años anteriores...
