Playa Cocalito — Attraction in Cóbano

wow!wow! wow! you must go! drive towards tango mar beach hotel and once you get onto that road you follow every road to the right! follow signs for "cascada" or "cataratas". free parking to a easy hike along the side of tango mars resort and opens up to a calm forest. the hike in total was 15 minutes IF THAT. once i got to the top i couldn't help but find a way to the bottom! crossing the stream is not as difficult as one might think.. bring clothes/shoes you don't mind getting wet! and a little trail around to the right and down and a bit of rock climbing and balancing and youre there! surrounded by crabs and the falls to one side and the ocean to the other! absolutely...

Playa Cocalito está ubicada en Montezuma, cerca de la cascada Cocalito que cae en el océano Pacífico. Es una playa fantástica, de arena blanca fina y el agua azul. Las corrientes en esta playa son fuertes, yo no me pude bañar, el mar me tiraba hacia dentro. Parece que no, pero el mar tiene mucha fuerza. El sitio es hermoso, una de las mejores playas que he estado en Costa Rica. Muy tranquila, no había nadie en esa playa. Primero subimos a la catarata Cocalito, que por cierto es hermosa! Después hemos bajado por las rocas a esta playa. No es difícil llegar desde la cascada a esta playa, pero hay que hacer un poco la 🐐 cabra. Habían un montón de cangrejos en esta playa y en la cascada también, algunos de color rojo preciosos que estaban muy agusto en las rocas.
