The raft ride was extremely relaxing and we were able to see howler monkeys, a two toed sloth, turtles, several species of beautiful birds and gorgeous scenery. We were careful to take a waterproof bag for our phones and belongings. They never got wet, but just in case. The float down the river was so beautiful and a nice getaway. I highly recommend this tour! This was one of my husband and I”s favorite things we did on our honeymoon! The float was very enjoyable and even in the rain we saw much wildlife; howler monkeys, a sloth, a toucan, a snake, bats, and more. Shout out to our friendly guide Warner!

The best part of afterwards where we got off we were surprised with fresh coffee, fried plantains, corn tortilla, and cheese. Then, we got an explanation of the process how cacao beans become chocolate which was accompanied...

Basically, it is only paddling to stay in line with our guide and avoiding hazards. Only a couple of times did we really have to paddle hard to get to the edge/shore so we could see something. Other than that, it was just quietly drifting...
