Very average experience. The tram is nice to see the rainforest from a different perspective. But nothing special. Butterfly garden is very poor compared with other ones we have seen. The orchid garden was all dried out. And the worst of all that the coffee in a "restaurant" was absolutely awful! Absolutely awful coffee even after I complained! I repeat this twice. However, we have seen two snakes on the paths. The lady in the inner reception was very nice and caring. The lady with the shimmering glitter make-up on her temples, she was very kind. One of the highlights of visit was seeing 4 green macaws! These birds are are rare, and even the staff was excited...

Most wildlife was spotted either early in the morning around the lodge or on the walks. The night time guided walk was great. I didn't care much for the captive specimens but perhaps others may find it...
