The Jacó Overlook is a must-visit “instagram spot” as the wife calls it. It’s super easy to notice and park at (just on the side of the road) and it offers stunning views of the city and ocean inlet below and of the surrounding countryside. Also, I’m not sure why but there’s also a Buddhist looking statue which seems odd, but honestly not out of place with how peaceful the views are.

One easy to miss thing is the trail that leads down to the ocean. While it’s a bit tricky in parts, it’s manageable and absolutely worth the effort, especially when you reach the bottom.

Whether you’re stopping by to snap some photos or just to enjoy the hike, it’s a great spot any time of day to stop; from...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stunning Views and a Must-See Spot!

Mirador de Jacó offers an absolutely breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and Jacó Beach. It's a great spot to watch the sunset, capture beautiful photos, or just take a moment to soak in the scenery. The lush hills surrounding the area make the experience even more special.

There's a large statue of Jesus that adds a peaceful atmosphere, and it's nice that there's a bit of seating if you want to relax for a while. Parking is available, though it can get crowded, so it’s best to arrive a little earlier, especially on weekends.

Highly recommend this spot to anyone...

I walked here from my apartment near Calle Anita. It took about an hour for the walk as I stopped to see some other lookout points along the way. Parts of the walk were worrisome, but it was an amazing experience as I got to see people living there lives across the city as opposed to being stuck with the solid tourist experience. You really notice the love of people around you as they wave to you from bikes and cars.

The actual mitador was perfect. I rnded up stating for about 30 minutes as I looked out over the water and sipped on a fresh coco from local sellers who have setup shop near...
