All in all, I thought this place was a very good experience. We started out with the tram ride, which had stunningly gorgeous views. Just a tip though, bring bug spray. The hour long tram ride was pretty, long, and the perfect place to get attacked by large rainforest bugs. Others in our group didn’t see them as much, but large black wasps came close to our tram on 4 or 5 occasions, often coming in close proximity to people. It was especially stressful because there’s not much to do about it on a ride that’s suspended over hundreds of feet. As it turns out, that particular wasp was the Tarantula Hawk, which has the second most painful insect bite/sting in the world. Needless to say, we were relieved that nobody was stung. The tram ride was followed by a tour of the forest, starting with a chance to look inside of a butterfly sanctuary. As my group came in during June, we didn’t see very many butterflies inside the enclosure, but we were told that if we had come a week later, there would’ve been a large number. The number of chrysalises inside brought confirmation to this statement. We ended our adventure with an interesting tour of the flora present in the forest. Not my cup of tea, but the guide did a great job making it diverting and...

There are a few Zipline in and around Jaco. But what do you do with the folks that can't zip and don't want to wait in line. Well you take them here to the rainforest. They have an amazing gondola ride for for anyone and everyone. The views of the jungle are amazing, lots of birds trees butterflies and more. There is even a butterfly exhibit with some of the most beautiful creatures you will have a hard time seeing up close at Manuel Forest.

But as far as the zip line goes. The team here know how to have fun, be safe and make sure the whole crew had a great time. Carolina and the team took such amazing care and made sure we had a blast. Even my youngest who is seven was able to ride every line and when needed they paired her up with a staff member to make sure she got across and didn't get stuck (due to being not being heavy enough) the team even educated us on the local plant and wildlife. Can't say enough about how awesome they were.

Like I said there are plenty of zip lines in Jaco. But none that will have you writing a positive review late at night. Kudos to the team and thank you for making my families...

My husband and I did the Zipline/aerial tram tour. We got very lucky that there was a lull at 2pm, so we got Israel and Carolina all to ourselves.

We were a little nervous that we would feel afraid on the ziplines, but we didn't experience anything but joy. 😊

It was 8 different ziplines down the mountain with various platforms. There is also a professional photographer who can come with you and take your photos, then the files are given to you either on a thumb drive or air dropped to you.

Israel and Carolina were both incredibly knowledgeable --about everything! They told us all about Costa Rica, the climate, the economy, the plants, the birds, the insects. We were so grateful to have them guide us, and each stopped to show us different things along the way that they knew might interest us. We also got lucky and saw two toucans on our way up on the aerial tram.

There is a small cafe, a nice restroom, and a gift shop as well. Definitely recommend this company...
