If you uber or taxi, make sure you have a ride back!!! I couldn't find a shuttle or bus that would go here, I didn't realize the road was dirt & rocks. Just be prepared.

I got the Eco-adventure & Canopy tour, which includes the zip-lining even though it wasn't clearly stated on the website. Super fun. The guides were great. They even took some videos of me zip-lining.

Then we had another guide for the canopy tram to the waterfall & exhibits. He was great as well, spoke English, was very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, animals & exhibits.

We had the entire park to ourselves, which was super cool cause apparently the last cruise ship tour groups were the day before. So, there was no line, so quiet, very calm, and truly got to experience the rainforest. Our guide also explained why waterfall was so low since deforestation has increased,...

Beautiful live butterfly greenhouse. We were allowed to take nonflash photos of the butterflies. The tram ride into the valley was smooth with attentive operators. The walk to the waterfall was pleasant. It was described as strenuous, however, it felt more moderate in terms of effort and is not all stairs. You cannot swim at the waterfall base. You stand on a metal mesh staging to view the waterfall. There is a small gift shop and snack area. The bathrooms are clean. The bus ride into the park is bumpy, our bus driver was careful and competent (booked thru Holland America), our tour guide was informative and pleasant. The male researcher in the on site lab spoke spanglish and was therefore a bit hard to understand. He did seem enthusiastic about his conservation...

It was very humid. (98% I was told) March 19.2024: I was disappointed since I was hoping to see more animals (toucans..monkeys…birds) in the Rainforest. I saw only 2 birds and animals in the Exhibition. The reason was: supposedly it was hot and humid they were hiding.

There are lots of spiders and ants all around. Watch out!!! Long sleeve recommended and hats!

The Exhibition is nice: frogs, snakes and blue butterflies 🦋

The flowers are very beautiful!!!!

We took the Aerial Tramway, walked 356 steps (round trip) and saw the nice waterfall.

There is a little Gift Shop up there and a restaurant. (Small bites, sandwiches..)

It was nice to see how green...
