Giving this company 0 stars because the driver was nice. I booked a tour with an agent and was told i was going to see a volcano, rio celeste, llanez de cortez, and sloth “encounter”. I asked for the price and thought it was too pricey so i stopped responding. They wanted my business because we were a group of 13. She then wrote to me again and said she would settle at 20$ discount. I agreed and booked the tour. We were picked up and had no idea it was 2.5 hours away. Next we drove to rio celeste where the admission was only 1/14 of what we paid. Went to the sloth “encounter” and all they did was point to 2 sloths in a tree 12 feet away. This is more like a sloth sighting. I then asked the driver why we werent going to llanez de cortez he said they never told him and we had to pay extra. We also never saw the volcano. Would not book again with this tour company! We wasted an entire day going to see 1 waterfall. If you are looking to have fun...

We just did an excursion on Friday November 17 there was a mixup because originally we were suppose to do it on Thursday but our transport never showed. We called to say we booked with our agency but the company our agency booked through didn't transmit the information. But they were understanding and made sure everything was set for Friday morning. Future note either book with your airline or directly through issys. Our tour guide Freddy was absolutely amazing!! We were the only ones on the tour so it was so much more intimate he.was able to take us to see the sloths first before the crowd so we had the best opportunity to see sloths and more. Issay has VERY poor communication with its customers. Can never reach anyone by phone and they never sent a confirming email even AFTER being given my email address. Poor execution of plans. Reservation was supposed to be for a minibus but they sent an SUV instead. Driver was late for pick up and had not been given correct your information.
