Kanegra beach is very beautiful. The stones are not exactly pebbles (they are sharp, not round) but with water shoes it doesn't matter. The water is simply beautiful. Crystal clear with turquoise colour that gradually changes to beautiful blue. Interesting remains of sea creatures could be found (some huge shells or parts of it). The beach is rather small so the sooner you come, the better place you can take. Be aware of 20€ parking or walking around 800m with last 100m downhill (the beach is under a pine forest with a large camping site). The shoal is rocky, so it is not very suitable for children and playing in the water. There is a restaurant and a café nearby, so it is possible to stay all day on the beach. Read moreThe beach is made of large pebbles, but there is plenty of shade from the surrounding woodlands. The sea is shallow for a few metres, but a little choppy. I recommend Waterstones for walking on the beach and for going in the sea.
