Samo jezero je mirna velika voda, 10-ak km duljine i do 600 m širine. Ribički raj. Marina je mala, ali se može spustiti čamac. Bilo nekih nesporazuma s čuvarom marine u obližnjem ribičkom domu/zgradi marine oko naknade za pristup, pa su se ljudi odvezli 100 m dalje i spustili čamac tamo, bez daljih problema. Mjesto za laganu, romantičnu šetnju uz jezero. Sam bar/restoran na niskom nivou usluge. Primjereno ribičima, lovcima,...

Akumulaciono jezero HE Donja Dubrava dugo je 10 kilometara, ima površinu od 16,6 km2 i srednji godišnji protok od 335 m3/s.
