We are back here after four years. Four years ago, my son jumped from the overhang into the water at the age of 8, but my daughter did not dare to, she was 9 at the time. This year both jumped numerous times. From the parking lot it is a few hundred meters to the Krov. There is a path. We decided to be adventurous and slipped into the river at the parking lot, walking, swimming and crawling downstream to the Krov. The river is great for building small dams with the kids. In the pond below the overhang a turtle was swimming. We spent the entire afternoon playing in the water and looking at jumpers and at hesitating nervous kids and even adults. I saw a sign that ice cream is sold. There is lots of space to lie down in the sun, but places with shade are very limited. The water of the river is typically very warm and comfortable. Submerged rock can be very slippery. Water shoes are strongly recommended.
