Very beautiful canyon worth visiting !

And the most important recommendation : PLEASE do not be as stupid as some people are, that literally risk their lives to take a selfie in extremely dangerous spot where one miss-step can lead to 200m fall. Do not try to reach the river because it's not possible.

Wonderfull viewpoint of lower Zrmanja canyon (and also Tulove grede mountain peak and Velebit range that can be reached by even more scenic Majstorska cesta - a very scenic road you should plan in your route - it’s gravel, not suitable for every vehicle). This location is magical in the evening and early morning (I would avoid visiting on hot summer days during midday). Area was where some scenes for Winetou movies were filmed. There is a big gravel patch / parking that can be reached by car, but the road is bumpy and I would avoid it if you have car with low clearance. A very nice place even if you never saw the Winetou and Old Shatterhand brotherhood act in the movie series. Newly ( as of July 2022), the road has been very much improved so it is possible to get almost to the very spot by car. There is even a large parking place. Do not expect asphalt road but still it is good for a standard family car without any issues. You can also park the car by the main road and walk 1 km to the place by foot as suggested in the other reviews but not because of the bad stony road anymore.
