Old Trogir — Attraction in Općina Marina

This place is almost too beautiful for words It’s a very quiet remote beach with sand and if your lucky there’s a small area of the beach where it’s sand to sit on

This beach had some of the clearest water I’ve experienced in Croatia

Parking is very limited and the drive down there is bumpy steep and rough but it’s worth it just be aware if your car doesn’t have great ground clearance

The only negative was that it was a very popular place for hire boats to drop anchor and we were unfortunately there on a day where a group of German tourists on a catamaran decided that they would speed about all afternoon in the tiny bay on their boats tender whilst drinking and throwing their left over lunch Into the sea which was rather unpleasant and such a shame to spoil such a...

Trogir old town is very close to Split airport. If you prefer large cruise ships, and a party scene Split is better but in every other way we preferred Trogir. Less traffic, amazing food, friendly locals.

Beautiful old town with laid back shopping, plenty of restaurants at all price ranges, and gelato on every corner. The promenade is beautiful, sometimes one of the bars will have live music.

To all you foreign tourists, how about you stop littering and leaving trash everywhere when you come visit Croatia.

It is not OK and will soon lead to you having issues with locals here which I guarantee will not be pleasant experiences.
