pros: beautiful untouched nature amazing view from top of the rocks well marked hiking trail
cons: road to rocks is made of gravel and is quite used up on some turns. go with a higher car if possible. city car will have troubles riding on such a road for 20km after the main sign 'bijele i samarske stijene' the gravel road will have a left-right split which isnt marked and you will not know where to turn. take the right path (the left is not leading to samarian rocks).
rest: the hike is quite demanding. take good sturdy shoes. do not go in running shoes or sandals! there are many climbs over the rocks and fallen trees. the hike isnt adapted to children - it is quite wild but that is what makes it beautiful. take enough water! the closest store is in a village 25km...
