Strand Potovosce — Attraction in Općina Vrbnik

The beach is beautiful, with rocks and transparent water. Many fish are present. However, the staff is rude, impolite, and unfit to handle tourists. Let me give you some examples: we rent 2 beach umbrellas (30 euros for two sunbeds), and one of the two families decides to leave at 3 PM, while the other family stays and also takes the sunbeds of their friends (notably, placing 2 three-and-a-half-year-old girls on the sunbeds). Then, a staff member arrives and says that since the departing family has left, the remaining family cannot use the sunbeds they took. Another incident: whether you can sit at a table or not, even with a drink brought from your own cooler bag, depends on the mood of the person managing the umbrellas. Let me explain this situation further: I sit down with my family for lunch, order 3 hamburgers at the bar, take out a half-liter bottle of water for my daughters to drink, and I'm told that this is not allowed. Around me, I see people with thermoses and drinks clearly not purchased from the beach bar. They only accept cash payments in 2023, and never take card payments... We were looking for a beach with sunbeds.

Route Good easy road all the way up to the beach.

Parking When we arrived parking our car cost us 50 kuna. Cash only. Accept Euro also (7,00 Euro)

Beach White beach with medium/small pebbles. Nice small bay with clear sea and view on the mountains on the mainland.

Facilities The beds and umbrella cost 120 kuna. Hard plastic beds without cushions. The two toilets (one men, one women) were portable toilets (Dixi) smelling badly. No toiletpaper and nowhere a possibility to wash hands after.

Bar Bar next to the beach. Fast food (burger, fries etc.) and drinks. Music.

Nice beach but to far to expensive facilities for...

The beach is very beautiful, but the parking fees are very expensive, namely 15€ for the whole day. If you want to have two sun loungers and an umbrella, it is 40€ for the whole day. The restaurants are very expensive and the food is average. The children wanted to sell their home-made products or jewelry and they were not allowed (the children were about 12 years old).
