Ensenachos beach is a stunningly beautiful long white soft sand beach. It has bar service and life guards but mini snack bar is not open daily and is a long walk from the bungalows. The Iberostar Ensenachos lobby is gorgeous and has nightly musicians performing before the theatre shows. The food is alright in the buffet. The a la carte Japanese restaurant is a 5 star experience!! The staff at this resort are fabulous...friendly, smiling, genuinely beautiful people!! Meniely- lobby bar Roberto- buffet server Lis- buffet server Adonis & Geiny- pool bar Yuniely- Ensenachos beach bar server Valdimir- Ensenachos life guard And the many funny shuttle drivers!! Down side....limited pathway lighting the further you are from the main building/lobby. You need a flashlight. And take toilet paper..it is sometimes scarce in some banos. The exterior of this hotel is a little weathered but it is a very clean resort and the staff here make it a fantastic...

Some Argentinian tourists that were staying at Bungalow #37 told me they had already reported this, but nothing was done to solve said issue. Something else, really inaceptable: there were no lemons in the hotel! Please don't say that this is something caused by the Imperialism and the restrictions against Cuba. Nothing compares to its beauty. To me, Iberostar Ensenachos is not a 5-Star hotel, but hardly a 3-Star... I would return to Ensenachos only because...

From our chalet it was a few minutes across a raised wooden walkway. On arrival the staff were smiles and polite, very friendly too. Pleasant gardens to walk around and lots of wildlife. The buffet on offer at breakfast was very substantial with variety, the only mark down was the evening setting, meals were fair but trying to get an extra glass of wine while eating near impossible the excuse was we have run out BUT the next table was having the same wine or when you go to the bar it's there on the shelf, I don't think they understand fully inclusive but apart from that a great place to be. In general it was problematic sourcing goods so not really...
