We did not have a good experience with this company. They were easy to reach online and we booked a shuttle at 7:30am to the airport from Nicosia City. They were pleasant and easy to deal with, but the next day the shuttle did not arrive at the time. The shuttle arrived 18 minutes late, which is far too late in my experience, where most companies arrive far in advance to make sure they are not late.

But to add insult along with this, the company barely apologized until I pressed, even going as far as to say that I should allow for them to be late but not expect them to be on time. Once the driver arrived, the car was good, but the driver also went on to explain that according to the time in his vehicle he was only 3 minutes late! There is not a discrepancy like this with eight people in our party and the hotel time instead of some strange clock on his dashboard it was rude I'm gaslighting to say about we didn't understand the correct time.

Things happen, and had this company been gracious and apologetic instead of making excuses or asserting that we should have done something differently we would have been more gentle...
