Dipkarpaz National Park — Attraction in Erenköy-Karpaz Belediyesi

Stunnig beauty of the Mediterranean. Be there for the sunrise or sinset and your heart and soul will be forever locked to that horizon line. The golden sands shine like crystal in the sun and an amazing place to fully experience the beauty of this island. The road is quite bumpy and old, and narrow. You need to think about what car you wanna drive to the top of that area. You'll see the beautiful donkeys local to this island. Don't freak out if they push their heads through the windows of your car. They are used to receiving fruit and carrots from visitors. However, do not leave the kids and babies unattended around them. Afterall, the donkeys are not domestic...

Be careful with the icecream guy (ice cream car) who stops just by the gate where people stop to take a photo of the golden beach. The young guy is a scammer he charged me 22 euros for 4 little ice cream which is ridiculously high. It was my fault that I did not ask the price first. Do not buy...

Kıbrıs haritasında baktığınızda sağ üst köşede sivrilen bir uç var ya, işte orası Dipkarpaz. En sivri kısmı ise Zafer Burnu. Altınkum Plajı'nı geçtikten sonra Dipkarpaz Milli Parkı tabelalarını takip ederek makilerle kaplı bir alana vardık. Burası yaban eşekleriyle meşhur bir yer. Eşeklerin insancıl olduklarını duymuştum fakat arabanın camından içeri girecek kadar olduklarını tahmin etmemiştim. Kuzey Kıbrıs'ta Gezilecek Yerler listesinde en keyif aldığım yer, eşeklerle kaynaştığım Dipkarpaz Milli Parkı oldu.
