I am very disappointed 😞. I’ll start with the price 💸, which is really high for a water park from 1999. No reconstruction has been done here, apart from the slides 🛝. There is no student discount, and they canceled the EURO26 discount a year ago 🚫. Prices are high if you are not a Limassol resident and do not have a monthly subscription. Price is impossible to find on the website. The pools are full of leaves and trash 🍃🗑️. I understand that it is a water park with trees, but even that should be cleaned daily 🧼. Hygiene is at a terrible level 🦠; the stairs leading to the slides are extremely dirty, ideal for mold growth. Just look under the bridges, and you’ll see so much plastic waste that I really don’t understand how so many lifeguards can ignore it 🤷. The biggest surprise for me personally was that you have to pay €7 for lockers! They return €2.5, but you still pay €4.5 for using small lockers from 1999 🗄️. There are no cameras in the area 📹, so you are forced to use them. In most other water parks, lockers are free, and you get a wristband to pay with throughout the visit, settling up when you leave That will never happen here 🚫. This water park is stuck in 2010 📅, and the only advantage is that you can pay by card 💳. Attractions are crowded in the summer and even on Tuesdays, with long waiting times ⏳. There are several attractions, but most are ordinary, and there was a line for everything except the lazy river 🌊. Even there, mosquitoes appear after 5 pm 🦟. The lines for attractions are long, so if you arrive at 1 pm, you’ll get to go on each attraction once ⏱️. The price for water is outrageous 💧; you won’t find any regular water for €0.50 or drinking water included in the €30 entrance fee 💶. You pay €1.70 for plain water here! A margin of over 750% for plain water! One visit is enough for such an experience. If you plan to come on foot or by bus 🚌, prepare for a lot of nerves since there isn’t even a proper sidewalk for half of the way from the bus stop 🚶. Once is enough, not to mention the opening hours are until 6 pm ⏰, although it really should be longer in...

We are visiting the Waterpark every year with my family. I never wrote a review and i decided to write it now for several reasons. Let's start with good points. The entrance even busy you get served quickly. The Waterpark is very big with a variety of slides for kids and adults. A lot of beds and area to sit and relax. The stuff are always very polite and smiley , some of them are too young but plus one point that you give the opportunity to young and student people to work there . Plus that are having manners and they are polite. New shops are opening like Gloria coffee shop and Cinnabon over the years. You have plenty of choices for food or drinks but keep in mind that prices are little bit expensive especially for a big family. Now for the bad points. The only rude and not polite stuff is always the blond lady in locker rooms that works for years there. Water is too expensive for such a place and weather like cyprus. A big family may need over 20 euro only for water. A lot of places are dirty and need better cleaning. Some slides are always out of order like yesterday. The bigger issue is the hot pavement and stairs. I am wondering why so many years they are not doing anything. Last year i Got burnt on my feet due the hot pavement. So this year I went with waterproof shoes but i had to take them out in most slides and hold them in my hands or leave them there . For sure i prefer this instead of suffering for days for one day of fun. Yesterday was very hot and you could not walk on some sides or climb the stairs because are made of iron. We had to ran all the time or skip some slides due to hot stairs. I believe a green carpet will be ideal and there are plenty solutions to do something that will work for your customers and not hurt them. This reason is the only reason i decided to write this review because every year i am hoping that you will change something but nothing changes. I hope next time will be less painful and more fun. I will rate 5 when i see a solution for hot 🔥 pavement /stairs and...

The waterpark itself is good. The rides are aplenty and well maintained (in principle, of course there are a few broken ones, but mostly they are ok), interesting and amusing. Ample parking for buses and cars, some spots even shaded.

BUT the staff and the overal organisation brings it down three notches.

You are not allowed to bring in any food or drinks from outside. They actually search your bags at the entrance. Yet the food options are ridiculous. Unhealthy, very few, looooong queues at lunchtime and ZERO options for people with food allergies (as our family happens to be). The hospitality staff does not even know what "gluten free" means. Ridiculous, unacceptable and unfair.

Secondly, the lifeguards. Mostly they are bored teenagers with zero interest in what they're doing. At the activity kids pool, the guard ignored boys pushing away little girls and cutting in front of the line, at the body slide, they let the smaller kids in at random - some kids that clearly did not hit the 120cm limit were allowed, a girl just behind them, wasn't. Randomness and unfair treatment, again. At the tube slide, the guard wouldn't help a boy to inch his tube to start the descent, so he had to manage by himself and scratched his bottom as a result. The lazy river is a lovely, relaxing activity, but the water is full of dead insects, leaves, etc, not filtered at all.

The queues at some rides (the coulorful slides with mats, the big bubble jump, and some others were enormous and it wals a workday, so in the weekend, it must be insufferable.

Small things, but they really add up to a bigger, unfavourable, picture.

Again, the park itself is lovely, enough shade and sunbeds, but the restaurants totally unsuitable, underdimensed for such numbers of people and the staff is just a joke. Pity.

Not...

To begin, using GPS you can find the park very easily. We went on a Tuesday so there was plenty of free parking in their car park. Upon entrance nobody checked our back pack for food or drinks even though we did not bring any as we planned to eat at the Park. Once entered we rented out a locker for 7.00 euros but got back 2.50 upon key return. Its best you leave your caps, sunglasses and footwear in your locker as they don't allow any of these on the big slides keeping in mind it just about fits a back pack. Its been years since I last went on rollercoasters or water slides so it was an enjoyable day for me and the Mrs. A bit tiring going up the metal stairs barefoot carrying the rubber dinghy"s but we managed. The good thing was that there wasn't that many people like the weekends. We ate at Pirates cove, burger and wedges and coke for me which the burger was dry as they had been cooked and packaged and left on the rack. Greek salad, spring rolls, water melon, slush puppie, and water for the Mrs total 40euros. After lunch we went to the Garra Fish Spa we did 12mins each for 8 euros each which was quite pleasant as it was the first time I have tried this type of treatment. The young lady supervising advised us if we come again (the same day) she would give us a 50% discount 2nd time round. After that experience we went for a Gloria jeans for coffees, a hot cappuccino and an Ice latte 9.50 cents. Place is clean with lifeguards around the park. It is a nice day out from the norm so give it a go. Overall with the discounted tickets, food, drinks, it came to about 50 euros each person.
