Tri-Border Czechia/Austria/Germany (CZE/AUS/DEU) — Attraction in okres Prachatice

We visited on a weekday. We took the higher path to go there which was wuite nice and doable with 3 kids. It wasn't duch a big climb there and it's about 3 km from Dreisessel. On the way back we took the other path (the lower one). If you are not experienced and you expect a stroll back you will be disappointed. The way back was tough! A good portion is on rocks and muddy soil. A group in front of us even lost their shoes in the mud. However the hike is worth it. Beautiful views...

Amazing place . I am very happy i did this trail. Amazing feeling to be in the same time in three countries. 3000km away from my home. From Dreisessel parking place it's 1.5 hour walking-hiking trail to the tri-boarder point. the trail is medium-easy. just wear good shoes. just walk on the boarders of Czech and Germany and then you reach the third country...

What a great view from this place!! The walk is a bit far and in our case it was slippery. The best way to start this trip is to park your car at the Dreisesselparkplatz.
