The worst experience (not only) in Prague fun parks and playgrounds. We waited for 30 mins not only to find a parking space but to even move on the parking lot. Completely crowded, cars parking were not supposed to park, blocking other cars who entered not knowing it was fully packed so they were not supposed to leave. At the cashier desk I was told people could park at Albert. (how they are supposed to know if no direction sign to other parking is installed? Adults are paying entrance too, when i asked what exactly for, the lady at the cashier desk said it is for using toilet. She was literally laughing at my face the whole. Very rude. Inside crowded, very bad coffee, tables left uncleaned for a long time disabling other guests to sit and eat. When I asked the personnel to clean up the table I was told to go to the reception and ask for the cleaning lady...

It's big and fun. But ZEERO SAFETY !!! All around the place is seriously dangerous. Sharp edges, uncovered corners. Unprotected stairways. The balls pool area barely has any balls so if the kid jumps (which they should) they'll definitely bump their heads into the ground. There's no age or hight restrictions while the games are designed for a variety of ages and sizes. And the most major thing is that the main gate leading to the highway is not locked or even supervised by anyone. If you lose your child for 3 seconds they easily end up on the highway!! In 15 minutes 3 children found their way out and luckily some random people passing by caught them and returned them inside. I wouldn't recommend the place even if it was free, yet it's super expensive too. You even have to pay for some games inside on top of the 500+ czk for one child...

The entrance fee is unreasonably high per adult, on top of the child’s ticket. That alone is absurd, especially considering it's perfectly normal for an adult to stay, eat, and drink while accompanying a child.

For that price, I expect clean restrooms and professional service- neither of which was delivered. What you’ll actually encounter in terms of hygiene and smell is far below acceptable standards.

The overall concept is solid, but the reality doesn’t match the photos. The place looks massive online, but in person, it feels noticeably smaller -just large at best, not enormous.

Also, be aware that on top of the entrance fee, you’ll need to spend at least another some crowns plus if you want your child to try even a single arcade game and the costs add up quickly, making this an...
