If you're in this area, it is worth a visit. We came here for a day trip from Karpacz and did some other things in the region as well.

Parking in the village center next to the fire station. 3,50€ next to the parking are two nice shops, where you can get hot food and beverages no need to Buy ticket up front waiting time for us was 2 min. This depends on when the next guide is free distance from parking lot to entrance is approx. 10 min, easy access terrain in the caves is easily accessable, the stairs are distributed through the whole tour and can be done by anyone who is able to walk bring yourself a warm sweatshirt!!! It's 8°C down there and the tour...

The caves are amazing and the surrounding area is very nice and quiet as well. Suitable for bigger groups too, as an outdoor/hiking activity. Tickets can easily be bought at the location, tours are scheduled beforehand, you will need to wait if you missed your window. There are no tours in English which might be a downside. Upon request they can provide an audio device in English, but at times it doesn't match and it is a bit difficult to follow. They instruct that there numbers to press as you advance, but not really. The Czech tour guy seemed pretty nice, he was joking and had a good story to tell (I...

On Wednesday 21.08 we did a tour at this exhibition. Because our group had a lot of Dutch people (10 total) they did the audio tour in Dutch with extra explanation in English. The tour guide was very funny and told a lot about what the audio tour said. She personally watched that everyone from the group could see the minerals. +1 for the tour guide! (She had also a lot of humor) :)

In total we had to wait some 40 minutes for the tour to start. In the mine its very cold. So take a jacket with you. For tall people: Please watch your head. At some points the ceiling...

We've had a great tour through these caves under the guidance of a very friendly girl. She immediately noticed that we were foreign and brought us a tour guide device so that we could follow the tour in our mother-language. The temperature inside was lovely, if you ask me. But then, I like a low temperature in general. For people that are cold easily it's advisable to take a vest and perhaps wear long jeans. If you're in the region, this is a nice place to visit.
