You learn the history of the process development from the very beginning till the presence. You have the chance to see the live process and work, directly observing employees at each stage of the process. The guide is very pleasant, funny and replies any of your questions - the same the employees. I appreciate I could observe their detailed work.
You can also try to make your own ornament at the endnof the tour. Can be fun for children, too.

I understand that they want and need to keep the traditional procedures handmade. However, some of the procedures like inside silvering and outside coloring are still being done in workshops full of possibly toxic fumes with gloves being the only visible health protection - Maybe in the 21st century the company should invest in a fume extraction/box with a fume extraction or any other health...

The tour guide was very nice and even provided additional information in english just for us, even though we joined a mostly chezch tour group. So she switched between chezch and english. One felt very welcomed and cozy. The possibility to assemble your own ornament (comes for a cost) was charming.
